JSIKTI: Journal of Information Systems and Applied Computer Technology Indonesia, Volume 4 Number 2 (December 2021) features a collection of applied information system studies contributed by Universitas Hindu Negeri I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa and STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. This issue highlights innovations in web-based learning platforms, financial reporting systems, IoT monitoring solutions, spatial analysis, and technology-driven resource management inspired by local wisdom.

The articles include the development of a web-based Balinese arts learning application using the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm, a web-based financial reporting information system for salons built using the SDLC methodology, and the implementation of an IoT-based monitoring and temperature–humidity control system for mushroom cultivation rooms. Other contributions feature a financial information system for CV. Bali Indigo Computer, a spatial analysis study on agricultural and residential land requirements in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, the utilization of information technology for local wisdom–based water resource management, and the design of an accounting information system for a repair service company.

This issue reflects the collaborative effort between the two institutions in promoting practical, culturally grounded, and technologically advanced solutions. Through system development, IoT integration, and spatial information analysis, the volume strengthens JSIKTI’s mission to support digital transformation and applied research across education, industry, and community resource management in Indonesia.
