JSIKTI: Journal of Information Systems and Applied Computer Technology Indonesia, Volume 2 Number 4 (June 2020) features research contributions from STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, Universitas Mahasaraswati Indonesia, STMIK Balikpapan, and Universitas Mulawarman. This issue highlights diverse innovations in applied information systems, spanning service management, cultural education, decision support, and geospatial information processing.

The articles include the development of a web-based service information system for automotive wash businesses, an interactive multimedia application introducing the Asta Kosala-Kosali concept in Balinese traditional architecture, and a multi-criteria decision-making system using the SAW method for scholarship acceptance among postgraduate lecturers. Additionally, studies in this issue explore a Fuzzy AHP–based decision support system for job promotion at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia, as well as the design of a geographic information system supporting waste management operations at BUMDesa Catu Krewo Sedana.
