This internship aims to understand the implementation of digital technology in regional financial management through the input of Payment Order Letters (SPM) using the SMART Badung website at the Department of Culture of Badung Regency. The method used is direct practical work for 46 days, where the author was involved in SPM data input, reviewing grant proposals, and verifying financial reports. The internship results show that the use of the SMART Badung website can enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in budget management. However, several challenges were encountered, such as limited initial understanding of work procedures and technical constraints within the system. Solutions were implemented through intensive guidance with colleagues and adjusting priorities during periods of high workloads. This internship provided practical experience in digital-based financial administration, strengthening participants' skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for improving the efficiency of digital administration systems in other government agencies.

This report presents the results of practical work carried out at the Denpasar City Manpower and Competency Certification Office, focusing on the use of information systems in the online job market. The purpose of this practical work is to understand the operational process of managing the online job market and the challenges faced in its implementation. The methods used include direct observation, participation in daily activities, and analysis of existing information systems. The results of the practical work show that the online job exchange plays an important role in bringing together job seekers with companies, as well as increasing efficiency in the labor placement process. However, there are some obstacles faced, such as technical glitches in the system and limited user experience. The conclusion of this report emphasizes the importance of improving information systems and enhancing user skills to support the effectiveness of online job exchanges. This practical work is expected to make a positive contribution to the self-development of students and the community in job search.

This study examines the certification process Kartu Tanda Pengenal Pramuwisata (KTPP) at the Bali Provincial tourism office, focusing on human resource development. The research aims to understand the process, challenges, and solutions for implementing KTPP certification. The data collection involved practical activities during a two-month internship, including data entry, monitoring, and reporting. Findings indicate an increasing demand for KTPP certification, reflecting the high need for human resources, tourism, and Bali professional tour guides in Bali. Recommendations include streamlining the certification process and integrating online systems to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
